| Who runs the forums? |
The Official Delta Goodrem Forum is owned and run by Sony Music Australia. An Administrator has been assigned to run and control the forums and is responsible for the upkeep of the forums. The Administrator has full power of the forums and can completely control all aspects of the forums including the banning of users and removal of topics/posts. The Administrators username is 'Administrator' and appears in red when logged on to the forums.
The Administrator cannot be contacted directly by members of the forum. If you have any concerns please report them to a Moderator.
Moderators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the board and to ensure it is not abused. The Moderators have limited powers which include Removing Posts, Moving Posts, Editing Posts, Pinning Topics and Closing Topics. If you have any problems, the moderators should be the first people to turn to, they are here to help!

| How do I contact individual members privately? |
Providing the member you wish to communicate has chosen to make his/her contact details public, then you can find their details on their profile. To get to a members profile you can either click on their username anywhere in the forums or use the Member Search function.
Once you have located your members profile, you will see the 'Communicate' section. From here you can find the contact details which have been added by the user. There are 5 means of contact available:

| What do the folder icons mean? |
The folder icons represent the viewing status of each topic in the forum based upon the user who is viewing them.
A key can be found at the bottom of a forum page when viewing the forums. Here is the key detailing each icon:

| What's a hot topic? |
| When a topic reaches 19 replies (a full standard page) it becomes a hot topic. It is simply a label for a topic which is popular. |
| What are those squares under my username? |
The square is known as a 'pip'. The number of pips indicates how many posts the user has made. The pips are accompanied by a 'status', detailed below:
9 pips - "Eternal Delta Fan" - 19000 posts
8 pips - "Beyond Immortal Delta Fan" - 14000 posts
7 pips - "Immortal*Delta*Fan*" - 9000 posts
6 pips - "Immortal Delta Fan" - 3000 posts
5 pips - "Elite Delta Fan" - 1000 posts
4 pips - "Active Delta Fan" - 650 posts
3 pips - "Dedicated Delta Fan" - 350 posts
2 pips - "Delta Club Member" - 50 posts
1 pip - "New Delta Club Member" - 1 post |
| Which members are online? |
You can find out which members are online and viewing the forums by going to the homepage of the forums and scrolling down to the 'Board Statistics' section. Here you will find a list of names, these are the members viewing the forum.
You can find more detailed statistics by clicking the 'Last Click' or 'Member Name' links at the bottom of the 'Board Statistics' section. |
| Does Delta visit the forums? |
Yes! Delta does visit the forums occassionally to update her fans and also takes time to read some of your topics and participate in discussion.
No specific dates or times are set for when Delta visits the forums, it's simply when she finds the time. Official posts by Delta will be pinned in the 'Delta Goodrem Related' forum.
